We are currently investigating a service disruption affecting multiple platform services, including issues with logging in, loading dashboards and wallboards, and submitting data. Our infrastructure team has identified the cause as an issue with a database server upgrade and is working directly with our cloud provider to resolve this as quickly as possible. We will post updates here as they become available and apologise for the inconvenience.
